Greetings

I am a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. in agricultural and environmental science communications. I also received minors in public policy and political science. My goal is to advocate for things I am passionate about including agriculture and safety.

I am currently working for Bunge as a regional safety manager. I support 15+ facilities in achieving compliance and improving safety performance at the sites. I also lead investigations of safety incidents to create valuable action plans and help provide valuable insight into the locations through gap analysis and audit processes to address where safety culture can grow.

I have a strong passion for the agricultural industry and the people in it. I was raised on a ranch in northeastern Nebraska that raises 300 head of registered Gelbvieh-Angus cattle. My mom, sisters and I continue to run the family business together to grow our operation.

My passion for farm safety is very near and dear to me after my dad's death was a result of a grain-bin accident in 2008 and the local rescue team could not get him out in time. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping the agricultural industry become safer and work hard to advocate for local rescue teams to receive proper safety training. You can check out my recent interviews to the right, the one I'm proudest of is with Rural Radio Network during grain bin safety week.

Check out my work experiences and skills. I may be able to help you and I'm always looking for new opportunities. As always, feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions by clicking on the contact page
